The Community page is a public directory of watch configurations. It exists because the hard part of monitoring a page is rarely the URL — it’s the filters that make the page report only what matters. Publishing shares that work; cloning borrows it.

Browsing

Watches are grouped into categories: Price Monitoring, Job Tracking, Competitor Intel, Restock Alerts, Government & Tenders, Real Estate, News & Media, and Other. Each entry shows the page being watched, its category, and how many people have cloned it. Every published watch also has a public page at sitespy.app/community/<name>, readable without an account.

Cloning

Open an entry and clone it to copy its configuration — URL, monitoring mode, and all its filters — into a new watch on your own account. The clone is yours: editing or deleting it has no effect on the original, and the original’s owner is not notified. Clones count towards your plan’s watch limit like any other watch.

Publishing

Click + Publish, choose one of your watches, pick a category, and optionally add an author name to be credited.
Publishing is public and includes the watch URL, its title, and its filter configuration. Do not publish watches whose URL contains a token, a session ID, a private or unlisted page, or anything else you would not post openly. Your email address and API key are never published.
Published watches show a globe marker in your own watch list. The number of publishes per account is capped to keep the directory useful.

Removing a published watch

Unpublish it from the same page. The public entry and its permalink disappear; watches other people already cloned stay in their accounts, because a clone is an independent copy.
